Guest access Guests have access to entire ground floor which includes one bedroom, one private bathroom, living room with fireplace, fold out couch, breakfast table and chairs, fridge, microwave, and washer & dryer. The apartment has a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a one element electric hot plate. ( the apartment does not have a full kitchen). There is no kitchen sink, there is a 3 season sink outside next to the patio grill.
