Family friendly beach house with pool

Villa Blanca at Fingal Bay is a newly updated beach house, providing a relaxed aesthetic and is ideal to unwind and enjoy the quiet location of Fingal Bay. Located just a 6 minute walk to the beach and cafes, the house is split over two levels which allows families to have their own sleeping spaces. With a vast outdoor area which opens to a large in ground pool and backyard, you could spend hours just relaxing at home or enjoy the amazing attractions that Port Stephens has to offer. The space Villa Blanca is light, breezy and extremely comfortable even for two families. This beautiful house is set over two levels and has a relaxed, calming beach vibe. The upstairs level has 3 bedrooms (2 queen rooms and one bunk room) with a large bathroom and separate WC. Perfect accommodation for a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. The house has spilt system air conditioning in the living room and 4/5 rooms have ceiling fans which are more than adequate on warm days. The long balcony which is north facing is perfect for your morning coffee or sunset drinks and is accessible from two bedrooms and the living space with water glimpses and views to Mt Tomaree. On the lower entrance level there are two Queen bedrooms (one with a TV) which share a bathroom and a games room with pool table. (Please note one of these bedrooms does not have a window but is gorgeous and very comfortable). There is also a kids play room with tv, couch, a pool table and plenty of games and toys to keep the kids occupied for hours. There is an 8 seater dining table inside and outside there is a large 8 seater table. The garage is completely painted and has a ping pong table for internal entertainment! We also have a couple of surfboards (one fibreglass and two kids foamies) in the garage wall storage. Feel free to take them to the beach and have a crack! (At your own risk!!). Please note we don’t provide pool and beach towels during your stay. Guest access Most guests will arrive by car and Villa Blanca has internal parking for 2 cars and another 3 in the driveway. Street parking is also easy given Villa Blanca is a corner block. Other things to note We have a max of 8 adults for any booking, however, can accommodate 10 guests in total for families. Please note that bedroom 5 (Queen bed) has no windows. It is a stunning, peaceful, large, queen size room and may in fact be our favorite. Pet Policy - We allow small/medium dogs in the property (15kgs max) provided they are approved by the owner. There is a $45 pet cleaning fee per animal (small/medium). For animals that shed there may be additional cleaning fees and if there is any additional cleaning required as a result of the pet, this will be charged following the visit. No cats allowed due to severe allergy of the owner. School Leavers / Schoolies Policy - Disclosure required: Guests must state at the time of booking if the group includes school leavers / schoolies. - Approval needed: These bookings are only accepted with written host approval. - No parties or visitors: Strict no-party policy. Only registered guests may enter the property. - Noise control: Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Any neighbour complaints may result in cancellation. - Security deposit: Additional bond may be required for school-leaver groups. - Non-disclosure: If schoolies are not disclosed, the booking may be cancelled under house rule violation. - Respect property & neighbours: Damage, excessive mess, or rule breaches will result in charges through Airbnb.
