M4 nearby. The space Upstairs there is an attractive twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Views are of fields. There is a comfortable double bedroom with king size bed, a single bedroom with a separate family bathroom. Downstairs there is a large lounge with dining area with adjoining conservatory. Outside decking area & small garden to relax. Very secure for dogs. User friendly and small fully equipped kitchen. Has a driveway and parking is very easy. Guest access Easy access from the M4 motorway. Llanelli railways station is approx 1 mile. Guests able to access the entire house with private entrance and parking on the driveway. Swansea approx 20 to 25 min drive and very close to Llanelli town centre. Ideally located on the coastal road and parc trostre. Please note no public transport nearby. But the train station is 30 min walk and taxi 4 mins. Other things to note Please inform if bringing a dog and payment is made separately from the booking @ £40 per stay. Plus additional pets are £15 per stay. It is a non-smoking house but welcome to smoke outside if you can immediately put ash etc in the bin. if other guests stay the owner has to be informed and there is an additional charge.
