The house is equipped with an iron and ironing board, hairdryers Washing machine and all necessary cleaning materials. Guest access Access to the entire magical space!! This is a complete apartment so you will have private access to everything the apartment has to offer. On the day of your arrival you can enter the apartment at 14:00. On your last day we will start cleaning from 11am. If you need help with bags / luggage, this will not be a problem - contact us! Other things to note 1. Please note that 18% VAT applies only to Israeli guests. If you are staying in Israel with a tourist visa (B2 / B3), you will not be charged/credited for the above supplement. 3. Robotic Parking is available (not suitable for big cars), it can be reserved by request for reservations of 30 days and above. 4. Pets are allowed, of prior approval. Additional charges may apply. 5. The building is centrally located on Mohaliver Street (a busy main street in the evening and even at night time). 6. In case of a violation of our terms of use and/or any damage to the apartment/the equipment inside it (including smoking inside) or bothering the neighbors with noise or parties/events there will be an immediate charge of 2000 NIS. additional charges may apply after the inquiry. 7. "Homy" may request from the guest a deposit in the form of credit authorization (or by any other form) up to 2,500 ILS.
