We have as mowing and gardening company that looks after the yard on a regular basis and for long stays we offer our commercial cleaner for a regular clean, fresh sheets and towels. Other things to note Why we charge a cleaning fee? We charge a cleaning fee as our airbnb is full time and we have commercial cleaners that come in. We pay them more then the fee that we charge you but it covers some of the cost like the Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Shower wash, Shampoo, Conditioner etc items. We are out to provide the best quality budget accommodation. We are not luxury we aim for comfort and that "feels like home" feeling. If anything is not up to scratch maintenance wise please let me know. Please also note that there are commercial yard maintenance people booked to come every few weeks. I would find nothing worse then the owner of a property looking over you so we try to distance our selves as much as possible. Other than the communication of course.
