Copacabana - Economical - One block from the beach

Located very close to Copacabana Beach, with excellent public transportation (metro and bus to the entire city) and in a building with 24-hour concierge. The apartment is a spacious studio divided into 2 rooms. There is a double bed and a social space with a sofa and a counter for dining/working. The TV has SMART functions (no channels included - you can use your Netflix account, Amazon Prime, etc.) and the wifi internet is quite fast (fiber optic). The space As explained, it is a large apartment, with a room that is "segmented" into a sleeping space (double bed and bedside table), living area (sofa and benches) and kitchen (small but well equipped). There is also a full bathroom with an electric shower. Among the apartment's main qualities, I like to mention: - QUIET - Even though it is on a very busy avenue, my apartment is quite quiet, since it is on a relatively high floor (sixth floor) and in the back. You can't hear horns or street noise; - SPACIOUS - Look, it's a studio... Of course the space is small but I believe this is a very large apartment (within its characteristics). If you're staying here (for up to 1 couple) you won't feel "tight" or without space. Among the main "flaws" of the apartment (let's be honest!) I mention: - SMALL KITCHEN - Although the apartment has a stove, refrigerator and microwave, I do not consider this a great property for those who like to cook. It's all a little small and there's not enough space on the counter to prepare a meal; - "OLD" BATHROOM - The apartment has undergone a renovation and has been quite modernized, but the bathroom was not "taken care of" in this work. It's a fully functional bathroom (of course!), but it looks "older" than the rest of the apartment. Other things to note In the apartment there is a 42-inch HD TV with SMART functions, but this device is not connected to any cable TV provider or open channels. Travelers can use the TV to connect their computer, watch YouTube videos, or access their NETFLIX, Amazon Prime subscriptions, etc.
