MAGNIA House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Oradea, 5 km from Aquapark Nymphaea, 7 km from Piata Unirii Oradea, 9 km from Baile Felix. We are waiting for you to spend time in the beautiful Art Nouveau city of Romania, enjoying conditions like at home in a relaxed and serene atmosphere. The space The house has 4 bedrooms with double bed (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 2 bathrooms (the one upstairs has a bathtub) and 3 balconies upstairs On the ground floor there is also a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee machine). The courtyard is landscaped and has a terrace where meals can be served on warm evenings. Guest access Access to the neighborhood is easy from DN1, and you can park at the property, both in the yard and in front of the property. Other things to note Our house awaits you for accommodation in very pleasant conditions, but we DO NOT ALLOW private parties on the property. We love animals too, but we don't accept pets in the house.
