Little Acre is a tranquil and serene, family friendly, self catering holiday home for up to 6, perfectly situated in the older part of town just moments away from the centre of Kington with a beautiful, large and mature garden and patio with a private hot tub and elevated views over Herefordshire’s countryside. Up to 3 dogs are welcome to stay for free. The space Little Acre boasts impressive luxury spaces, the ground floor comprises of a warm and generous lounge with comfortable sofas, lovely views of the garden and a smart TV. Off the lounge and separated by internal, sliding glass doors is the cosy snug come office / play room with a comfortable double sofa bed to sleep 2, with a dedicated working desk and patio doors leading onto the patio / lawn where you will find garden furniture, BBQ, fire pit and luxury hot tub. The kitchen diner has a table to seat 6 and includes all of the home from home necessities you need including a handy dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access the utility room with its own separate WC. Also downstairs and off the main hallway is the twin bedroom, with two 3ft single beds that can be 'zip and linked' to become a luxurious Super King bed. This bedroom holds a wardrobe, a dressing table and also useful 'Jack and Jill' style access to the main family bathroom. This large bathroom is also accessible from the main hallway and includes a corner bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit with sink. Upstairs is the inviting master bedroom, with a delightful double bed, large built-in wardrobes and dressing table and the highest views from the house over Kington and towards the countryside. The stunning, vast and mature wrap around garden is the ideal place for those furry four-legged guests, quiet morning coffees before the rest of the world wakes up, al fresco dining on long summer afternoons and evenings under the stars in the hot tub. Also outside is the converted garage / games room with a table tennis table, air hockey table and darts board. There is also room aplenty for bikes, canoes, fishing equipment and golf clubs etc. Guest access Accessing Little Acre is easy, just seconds in the car from Kington High Street, and a sharp turn off Doctors Lane, through our gates is our relatively steep driveway and at the top you'll find parking for up to 4 cars and a further car port. Other things to note *Please note the snug sleeps 2 on a comfortable, pull out sofa bed - this is not an additional bedroom. The driveway has metal railing gates that can be closed and the garden is enclosed however most of the boundary is hedgerow and although we do our upmost to ensure it is secure, we cannot guarantee it therefore we politely request that dogs and children are not left unattended in the garden at any time.
