On the well-groomed plot there are lanterns and paths, benches and a decorative pond, magnificent coniferous trees and lots of flowers! The space The house is warm and comfortable, it is fully equipped with the necessary household appliances. On the first floor there are: a spacious hall, a kitchen-living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large folding leather sofa. A bathroom, sauna and lounge, also with a fold-out sofa. Second floor: hall-winter garden, three isolated bedrooms, bathroom. The house is adjoined by a barbecue hall – a large room with a multifunctional miracle grill. You can fry, steam, and bake in different variations and at the same time! It is fully glazed and has a separate entrance. Cooking here is very convenient - there is a kitchen with dishes, as well as a dining area and a place to relax. Guest access There is a coniferous forest and a large pond with free fishing nearby. Within a walking distance from the house there is a well-developed infrastructure: McDonald's, Magnit, K&B, 2 Pyaterochki, Perekrestok, 2 pizzerias, 3 pharmacies, a household goods store, a household goods store, a beauty salon and 5 more grocery stores. Home delivery of groceries, ready-made meals, pizza, sushi, rolls is possible from 5 different supermarkets. The house is easily accessible by both private and public transport from the metro stations: Pyatnitskoye Highway, Mitino, Tushinskaya and Skhodnenskaya. There are buses and minibuses. The bus stop is located near the house. It is also possible to travel by train from Leningradsky railway station to Kryukovo station (Zelenograd). Then 15 minutes by bus to the same bus stop. The spacious paved courtyard can accommodate 5 cars. Other things to note There are important points: We accept groups of up to 10 people, aged 26 and over, without pets. It is not customary to make noise in our village. Please play music only in the house! Not on the premises. We respect the peace of our neighbors. You can make noise in the house around the clock. Fireworks are prohibited in the village. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard, on the porch, in the garden. Please wash the dishes in the dishwasher and collect the garbage in bags when you leave. We ask our guests not to walk around the house in outdoor shoes. Thank you for your understanding. Upon arrival, you need to pay a security deposit of 10,000 rubles; it is returned upon departure. Late check-out is an additional service.
