Studio near Rennes + bus 20 meters away

This 30 m² studio has all the comforts you need for a stay around Rennes. To reach the city center, bus 50 passes right in front of our home and allows you to go to Beaulieu University in 15 minutes or to the city center in 30 minutes. The forest is located at the end of our street. There are cycling routes for strolling. We have a supermarket and a bakery a 10-minute walk away.
