This family accommodation offers a relaxing stay for everyone. Quietly located in a cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from the beaches and the city center by car. The space Comfortable 140 m2 family home. On the ground floor, vestibule and laundry room (washing machine & dryer) + access to the terrace and garden. On the 1st floor, a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, bathroom and toilet + 1 bedroom (queen size bed). 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with a single bed in each of the bedrooms + 1 bedroom with a double mattress on the floor. The 1200 m2 garden is a small peaceful haven, equipped with garden furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, umbrella, barbecue...) a hut and games for children, a ping pong table.
