Peaceful Paradise 1BR Seminyak Villa PRIVATE POOL

A spacious and pristine bedroom with ensuite. A comfortable living area with dining table and a large corner sofa with plenty of cushions. Huge TV with home cinema surround sound overlooking the decked garden area with nice pool and green plants! It’s actually a 2 bedroom villa but for this stay one bedroom will be locked. You will be staying in the gorgeous room which overlooks directly onto the private pool. The living area is closed living with AC however it can also be open living. The space You will love this peaceful and quiet location in seminyak. There is no motorbike or traffic noise as we are located down a small gang (alleyway) on Jalan Merthandi. The only thing you can hear while laying by the pool is the birds in the trees. Quite a rare thing in this area! You will have access to the poolside bedroom. With en-suite bathroom/shower. The second bedroom will be locked but you will have the whole place to yourself. It has a small kitchen, two big sofas. And a 55 inch LG TV with Sony surround sound and subwoofer. Perfect for watching movies in the evening. Wifi is fast and stable. Great for video calls and online working. The location is 2 minutes walk to many nice restaurant in the Main Street, Merthandi. We will give a recommendation of where to go in the locality. And a 10 minute walk you are at the the famous Oberoi Street (Jalan Kayu Aya) the home of La Favela, Red Carpet, Kudeta and other famous Bali Bars and Restaurants. Guest access You can access everywhere and everything apart from a few cupboards which are locked and the bedroom which connects to the living room. Other things to note There is no parking for cars and we are located down a small alleyway (gang) that is only accessible by motorbike. There is enough space for 3 motorbikes. It makes the villa incredibly safe as there is only one way in, and that’s past a neighbourhood of local residents at the entrance of the alleyway.
