Loft Apartment in the heart of Pigneto area

The Flat is located in a small and quiet street in the heart of Pigneto area, plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of facilities, and it’s 15 minutes away by metro from Termini Central Station. Metro C stop is 3 min. away, as well as tram and bus stations. I always give my guests recommendations so that they can enjoy the neighbourhood and discover Pigneto’s life! The space The flat has two double bedrooms (one of them on a mezzanine reachable with a ladder), a living room with a very full equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a balcony with table and chairs. One of the beds is king-size, the other one is standard. Good for couples, group of friends, solo adventurers and business travellers. The flat does not have a private parking area, but it’s possible to park on the streets in the surroundings. Guest access The flat is located on the first floor. The stairs to the flat consist of approximately 20 steps. Other things to note One of the beds is king-size, the other one is standard. Guests are welcome to use kitchen any utensil and to eat any food in the flat. It is not a hotel. An initial limited stock of essentials, including toilet paper, is supplied. For any additional supplies, guests are kindly asked to purchase what they need locally. For every 2 guests, one set of double bed sheet and 2 sets of towels are provided.
