A bright open floor plan for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach! While our house is fully stocked with many necessities it does not include sheets, bath and beach towels. We are happy to provide guests with details on linen rental delivery services. Please note: the minimum age for renting our place is 25 and the months of July and August require a 7 night minimum and Sat. check in. Also this property does not allow pets! The space Our townhouse unit location provides the best of both worlds for the perfect getaway - great location for a walk to the beach and boardwalk, and a peaceful private setting among the pine trees at the lovely Sandy Pines complex. Our two floor unit has plenty of space for the whole family to come and enjoy the Bethany Beach scene! Guest access Our guests enjoy access the to the entire space including a front porch and side deck. Other things to note NO PETS! There is only one SmartTV in the house. Please be prepared to log into your streaming services as there will be no live television.
