Our street is quiet and paved. The space The property is spacious, well located, close to markets, bakeries and pharmacies. Duplex house, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and balcony with hammock on the upper floor. At the bottom, terrace with hammock, living room with two environments, large kitchen and social bathroom. Note: All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning in good working order. We also have two fans so no one gets hot. Well-equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, water cooler, microwave, blender, bread maker, popcorn maker, pressure cooker, couscous maker, thermos, and much more. Anything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, we have it. We also have a large cooler, chairs and a parasol in the pantry. Electricity and cooking gas costs are already included in the accommodation. The house has an excellent outdoor space, ideal for barbecues with families and friends, under the shade of the great Pau Brasil tree. Large backyard that fits 3 cars. The house is located 700 meters from Porto beach. You will take a perfect walk on the main street of crafts, clothing, bars, restaurants and convenience stores just a few meters from the house! By car, in about 15 minutes, you will be at Maracaípe and Pontal de Maracaipe beaches. Other things to note Bed linen and pillows are available. We do not have towels and toiletries, and the guest must bring them. We also do not have an electric shower. We do not accept pets. Flexible check-in and check-out, always depending on the availability of the house. Loud noise is not permitted after 10 p.m.
