The entrance overlooks an open and fully equipped kitchen, with good coffee to start the day and everything you need to cook according to your desires: pots, pans, cutting board, utensils etc. The living room, composed of a comfortable 3-seater sofa (and convertible), perfect for relaxing after the day and watching Netflix, on a superb screen with quality sound. Upstairs, your private room, with a king size bed (180 x 200), courtyard side, for peaceful and restful nights. It is equipped with a built-in dressing room, hangers, to take care of your belongings. There is also a desk. Also upstairs, a beautiful bathroom, with a spacious shower and all the necessary toiletries (towels, shower gel, hair dryer etc.). The apartment has a beautiful balcony on the ground floor. Included with this duplex: linens, towels, kitchen consumables, bath products, dishes, washing machine/dryer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster etc. Check-in after 6 p.m.! After 9 p.m., you will be asked for a supplement. Your reservation gives you immediate access to 2 beds: blue bedroom & sofa bed. A second bedroom (gray) is "bookable" under conditions: - make a request in writing - availability (cleaning & bedding) - payment of a supplement of 30 euros upon arrival. The requested supplement covers the cleaning and maintenance of the additional linen. As the photos show, this second bedroom (with premium king-size bedding) is only bookable under certain conditions. Otherwise, it will be locked. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation! No part is to be shared with others. This apartment will be a part of your home.
