Cozy and quiet family home

We are a relaxed family of 3 who enjoy meeting people from around the world. We've been hosting since 2015 and hope to meet you as well :D A little more about me! I am a business grad from UC Berkeley and I’m into productivity, development and politics. You may find me at home working on developing our small business and exploring LA. The space Our home is very well situated in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. We are within a short driving distance of attractions and landmarks like: - CSUN (Cal State University Northridge) - Six Flags Magic Mountain - Universal Studios Hollywood - Hollywood/Hollywood Walk of Fame/Chinese Grauman Theater - Santa Monica Beach/Venice Beach - UCLA - Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive - Topanga Canyon State Park Guest access You'd have access to all common areas of our home including our living room, backyard, and kitchen. We reserve a guest bathroom for our guests but if another guest is using that one, you are more than free to use our other one. We also offer one free wash/dry cycle per week with our washer and dryer to you along with detergent and fabric softener; for additional loads per week, we ask for a $8 contribution. During your stay We love being as hospitable as possible. Since we run a family business, we've lately had little time to join our guests in exploring the area but we can definitely recommend areas. We have in the past gone out as a group to local tourist spots like Hollywood Blvd. or the Santa Monica pier. Other things to note If you are bringing pets, we have a $20/night pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture/bed. Any damages to sheets, furniture or flooring will be charged through the Airbnb dispute center. Please note we rent 4 rooms total in the house, so there may be other guests staying with us at any given moment. Registration Details HSR19-000533
