A modern and stylish space with a terrace garden where you can kick back and relax. The terrace garden is peaceful and great for reading. It’s also the perfect chill spot for hanging out with friends. The neighbourhood is ideal for evening walks/jogs and is just a 5 minutes drive from Carrefour and Quality supermarket so grocery shopping is super convenient. Free WiFi is available and laundry can be done @ a small fee. The property is safe and guarded by a security guard, dogs & CCTV camera. The space Two private rooms available for two guests who have their own individual bedrooms. Guests share one bathroom. Common areas are the kitchen, living room, and terrace garden which are shared with the host. Guest access There is free parking inside the premises. Other things to note House rules: 1. No smoking inside the house - only outside. 2. If playing music keep volume at level that isn’t too loud. 3. Limit the number of guests to two - they can stay up to 11pm. 4. Inform me in advance about any additional guests. 5. Keep common areas tidy and clean up after yourself. 6. Turn off lights, fans and appliances when not in use. 7. Check-in time is generally after 10am and check-out is by 10am. (Can be flexible if negotiated.) 8. Do not give the dogs any food, leftovers or bones. They should only eat what the host feeds them.
