It is on the 1st floor of a building located in Fignonhou, a neighborhood located between Agla, Godomey and Fidjrossè Akogbato. In 15 minutes (9 km) you are in the city center, in 10 minutes you are at Fidjrossè beach and in 12 minutes you are at the airport. The space The apartment, one of 5 on the floor, is entirely and exclusively dedicated to you; it is very clean and suitably equipped to make you feel privileged. Your comfort is my highest priority. The apartment is composed as follows: - An air-conditioned but also ventilated living room with TV and Canal+ decoder, the subscription for which is your responsibility; - A terrace/balcony accessible from the living room - A small kitchen suitably equipped with fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, blender, kettle. There are also quality utensils for cooking - An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed with orthopedic mattress and a storage dresser. I put two sets of bed linen (fitted sheet + flat sheet cover + 2 pillowcases) and two towels. - Bathroom with hot water; - You have a garage with a parking space We have provided basic equipment to prevent Covid: - Hand sanitizer; Hand soap; Toilet paper - Apartment cleaned and disinfected IMPORTANT POINTS - Electricity consumption is your responsibility, it is recharged by code in a meter provided for this purpose. In addition, electricity consumption varies from person to person depending on the use made of the various equipment. - Water consumption is free, I would just ask you to use it responsibly; - The Canal+ subscription is your responsibility - The internet subscription is not included, however there is a router available and you can make the internet subscription of your choice if you wish - The maintenance of the apartment and linen are your responsibility. If you wish, I can make people available to you for this purpose. This will be billed. - I offer you gas on the condition that you use it responsibly. If during your stay a gas cylinder has just been refilled and it runs out before the end of your stay, you refill it yourself - Check-in time is between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is on the last day no later than 12 p.m. Guest access You have access to every room in the accommodation Other things to note Please contact me before booking.
