Room with facilities

My place is close to parks, and a bus stop in front of the building. You'll love my place because this is homely, practical, and clean, you get access to unlimited Internet. I don't smoke or have any pets. I work from home most of the time. The place fits tourists and people who have a temporary job, internship, or study and need a place to sleep with facilities to cook or keep things. The space Your room will be to your left side as soon as you enter the apartment. You have space in the kitchen and bathroom and extra storage if you need it. Guest access You will have access to a shower, toilet, and kitchen. I will be working from the living room so we need to sync if you want to use the living room as well as the balcony. In the kitchen, you have access to pots, frying pan, micro, toaster, small barbeque/grill, oven, juice maker, mixer, Italian coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and eat. You can also book laundry time downstairs, please notice that you normally need to book 1-2 weeks ahead of your laundry time: 08:00 - 12:00, 12:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 20:00. Let me know in advance if I should book for you. During your stay I will be available since we will be sharing the space. I believe we can find a balance of respecting each other's space but are able to communicate to make your stay pleasant. I want to create a space where we can be ourselves with respect for each other. Other things to note If you lose the key you pay 3.000 SEK. If you lose the bicycle or break other items in the house, you will need to replace them or pay an amount that can replace the item.
