Located on the main street, you’ll be surrounded by galleries, bars, and restaurants. Street parking is safe and free. The space The apartment is only accessible via a staircase, which may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility. It features: an entry hall, a large bedroom, a spacious bathroom divided into two areas, a private terrace. Two windows and a French door open onto the terrace and offer views of the bay. On weekends, you might hear a bit of noise coming from a restaurant patio about three houses down. Guests have access to a shared kitchen located in the house’s entry lobby, equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, stainless steel pots, and cutlery. Specific house rules apply to kitchen use. Guest access GUEST ACCESS The property comprises four apartments, three of which are listed on Airbnb. At check‑in, you will receive two keys: one for the building and one for your apartment. You’ll have access to a 120 m² shared lobby, with bay views and a communal kitchen. If you use the kitchen, we ask that you wash the dishes thoroughly, dry them and put them back in their place. Your private apartment is reached via a staircase, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Check‑in times: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and again after 6:00 PM (late check‑in). YOUR PRIVILEGES (AND LIMITS) Your apartment and garden are completely private. Upon request, you may host up to two guests in the common areas. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the bedrooms. Commercial filming or professional use is only permitted in private areas, not in shared spaces, unless previously agreed. All guests have access to the common areas, including the lobby kitchen. The property and street access are monitored by security cameras, fully disclosed and compliant with Airbnb privacy guidelines (no cameras in private spaces). Smoking, cannabis use, and vaping are prohibited indoors, but allowed in the garden only. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Please inform us of your check‑in time as early as possible. We cannot guarantee availability if notice is given less than two hours before arrival. Strict observance of quiet hours and visitor limits based on allowed time slots. Yanelis, my ex wife lives in and takes care of the house. She speaks Portuguese, French, Spanish and just enough English for basic communication in the house.
