Cute and Cozy

Eclectic décor, warm, sunny and clean. Bright, clean, cozy, smoke-free apartment that is located in quaint historic Bristol. The location is easily walk-able to all restaurants, cafes, pubs, marina, and shopping. The apartment's location is 30 min. to both Newport and Providence, and an hour from Boston, and Cape Cod. The apartment is a one bedroom with a queen and a pull out full size sofa and it can accommodate up to 3 people; although the sleep sofa is NOT that comfortable. The space 1 bedroom apartment located on the second floor, private entrance with keylock, cute kitchen, dining area dupes as office space. It also includes a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven etc. It is located on the 2nd floor and the stairs are steep so you must be able to walk up and down stairs easily. (grilling is not allowed) Also, there are cereal bowls in the far right cabinet. I live in the home with my dog. The upstairs apartment is yours for your stay. It has everything you need with a private entrance. The stairs are steep and plenty so use caution. The light for the stairwell is located on the left hand side as you enter from the outside. Besides everything you need, I also have provided a sewing kit, iron and ironing board and other essentials. Byfield St is a quiet neighborhood so consideration is key during your stay. Please re-frame from loud noises after 10:00pm and loud conversations on the street in front of the house or any Byfield homes. No Parties. Guest access Guest access the apartment by using the lockbox to revel the key. Other things to note There is a free public parking lot on Court St, two streets over, a very short walk back to Byfield. Parking has gotten difficult in front of my house. If there is no spots available upon arrival, pull into my driveway, unload, check in and then park over on Court St. I should be on hand during your stay to answer any questions. Upon your arrival you will find, fresh water, coffee, and snacks. The antique TV console in living room is to be respected, please do not put any items on it that would cause damage, hot/cold drinks etc. Books and games are for your enjoyment during your stay. Other than toilet paper NOTHING is to go down the toilet. Including WIPES. Kindly wrap whatever and discharge in garbage can. I live on the bottom floor with my dog and there are white Noice machines set up for your convenience in hopes of drowning out unwanted noises. It is located in the stairwell leading up to the apartment . Please leave it on, if it bothers you feel free to adjust it to meet your needs. Please know, while I have always been particular with cleaning and cleanliness, before COVID-19 pandemic, and I have been paying extra attention to cleaning door handles, faucets, and making sure everything is sterilized. I will continue to provide the upmost care with making sure everything is washed and upholstery is sanitized. The inside door knob needs to be replaced and I have not gotten around to it as of yet. It does not effect locking the door for your safety. Additionally, there is a hall way light at the top of the stairs and speaking of stairs...they are steep but safe to walk up and down as long as your are agile. This is a smoke-free building.
