The space We have a super studio to rent near the swimming pool. It is completely furnished, large closet, queen bed, and extra bed, dresser, dining area, and chairs. There is a kitchenette available for your use with dishes, silverware, microwave, burner, and refrigerator as well as a living room in the poolside rooms. There is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, and refrigerator.Dishes and Silverware. Your own private bath (separate room) in your unit near the pool. There is a laundry mat about 2 blocks away. We usually have people with affiliation with UC Davis or working professionals on temporary assignments. Smoking outside only. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, large trees and cement patio by front of apartment. We have wireless internet and cable TV in your area. You have your own heater and air-conditioning unit in each room. There is a deli & grocery store where you can buy groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables and different restaurants within a few blocks. Laundry is about 2 blocks away. The bus stop to Sacramento and UC Davis is only 2 blocks away and we have commuter special buses in AM and PM that go straight thru to Davis and Sacramento, and the 211/212 is the around town bus. There is a special bus 215 that goes to the casino where they have great shows and several restaurants and a all-you-can-eat buffet which includes seafood and steaks and of course gambling. Woodland is only 8 miles from UC Davis, 10 miles to airport, and 14 to Sacramento, CA. our capital of California. We have a on stage theater that presents live plays and entertainers ($6-$10), and a multiscreen movie theater. We have 1800's Victorian neighborhoods with beautiful houses that have been redone. We have the second largest Costco in California. This is a smaller town but safe and friendly and a park 1 1/2 blocks away, where you can see soccer and baseballs games. We are the nicest house on the street with a round tower out front and sitting porch. Guest access Guest have access to kitchen, living room, pool, cable, high speed internet, wireless access. Private entrance. Other things to note We have a special bus that goes to the casino 215 by Lake Berryessa with famous name performers and several restaurants and golf. We are known as the City of Trees and have trees on every neighborhood street.
