Relax on the private deck while soaking in the hot tub. Enjoy the morning views of the pasture and sheep that live on property. Short distance to hiking, skiing, boating, rivers and mountain climbing. Bring your boat to a secure location with a large circular flat driveway. Newly installed fire pit is ready for cool nights! The space Sultan Ranch boasts a 4 bedrooms; 2 with king beds and 2 with twin bunk beds. There is a large deck with a hot tub, BBQ and seating area. Relax on the front porch while viewing the mature landscaping. A large flat circular driveway is perfect for boaters, no RV's please. We make every attempt to keep the home allergen free for our family and guests thus we cannot have visitors with animals on property. A newly built fire pit is available for use during months there is no burn ban, please observe local ordinances and laws regarding fires in the area. Centrally located off Highway 2, just 40 minutes from Steven's Pass and close to Monroe. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and the area around the house. Please observe burn bans in summer months June - September. Animals are not allowed on the premises. We have livestock on the property. Bringing animals to the property poses a risk to our livestock. We make every attempt to keep our home allergen free for ourselves and our guests. Our family has animal allergies, bringing animals to our home will create a dangerous environment for our family and guests. We cannot eliminate every allergen however we have house rules in place in an attempt to protect ourselves and others. Other things to note There are recording devices around the property for guests and property safety. There are no recording devices inside the home. We make an attempt to keep our home allergen free for ourselves and guests. All pillows and mattresses have encasements. We do not allow animals of any kind in or around the property to accommodate our family and guests who suffer from allergies. Bringing animals to our home will create a dangerous environment for our family and guests. We cannot eliminate every allergen however we have house rules in place in an attempt to protect ourselves and others. We have a flock of 11 sheep on the property. Animals may pose a threat to our livestock. Wild animals are known to be in and around the property we take great care to protect our flock. Bringing animals to the property poses a risk to our livestock/property thus bringing animals is not permitted.
