This newly renovated apartment was refurbished and decorated in the spirit of comfort and harmony at the highest standard possible through all the 90 m2 of the flat – the minimalist themed interior comes with unique rustic details and unites perfectly with the effortless elegance of the neutral shades and modern accessories. The spacious home comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can easily accomodate 4 adults and two children until the age of 14. Airport is 20-25 min away with bus 100E The space When entering the front gate from the vivid street, you’ll find yourself in a beautiful classical building which has been completely renovated lately. Your future temporary home is situated on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator access available. When you arrive to the 3rd floor, let’s open the door of the charming apartment! So welcome home! Shall we begin? As you can see right from the anteroom, the flat is flooded in light and the relaxed atmosphere carries you away at once. The open-plan design of the living, kitchen and dining areas makes this space truly flowing - since the apartment is located in the bustling heart of the city’s culinary paradise, you’ll probably not spend much time in the kitchen area though. In case you’re about to show off your culinary skills, cooking in this modern and fully equipped kitchen makes it a real pleasure - the design is sleek and contemporary and all the premium quality appliances, such as the dishwasher are new and easy to use. The apartment comes with free coffee capsules so that you can grab a lovely cup of tea whenever you’re in need of a fresh start. The flat also features a brand new washing machine and ironing facilities. The living room with its great windows, royal blue pull-out couch, coffee table and wide-screen Smart TV has it all if you’re longing for a little relax zone during your stay. The comfy couch is always a good idea for a power nap as well and it is also suitable for 2 children under the age of 14. Let’s check the bathrooms – luckily there are two of them for your convenience. The first bedroom comes with a lovely bathtub, a sink with a mirror with extra lights and modern tiles in cream and chocholate brown shades. The second bathroom features a glass shower cabin, a sink with a mirror with extra lights and rustic tiles. We also have a separate toilet beside. Last, but not least, let’s have a look at the bedrooms! The first bedroom has all the essentials – a 160x200 double bed with quality mattrasses, a great wardrobe, sockets near the bed for all your smart appliances and room darkening shades. And now comes the master bedroom! This handmade royal bed was made at the turn of the century and was restored to create a luxury vibe once entering the room. The whole place is flooded in light, and all remaining furnitures were carefully selected – matching nightstands and coffee table, a beige coloured bedroom bench and a fluffy rug, a great wardrobe space, a cosy sitting area and a vintage chandelier also from the early 1900s. Kalvin square, the first stop of the bus just 100-150m from the house in Vamhaz korut. The ticket is around 3 EUR, and takes max 20-25 minutes almost as fast as with taxi In case of long stay reservation, after every 30 days we clean your apartment, and an additional cleaning service fee (40 EUR) will be charged. Guest access You'll have full access and full privacy during your entire stay. The whole apartment is yours! :) Other things to note I would like to let you know that my apartment is going to be fully prepared and cleaned based on public health recommendations upon your arrival. What do these safety precautions include? - The cleaning of the apartment is going to happen with disinfectants for a more thorough sanitization so it is sanitised properly. - The cleaning team is going to use disposable cloths or paper rolls and disposable mop heads, to clean all hard surfaces, floors, chairs, door handles and sanitary fittings. - You will have self check in, so the check in and check out processes are mostly contactless, but I am always available for any questions regarding to that. - In case of long stay reservation, after every 15 days we clean your apartment, and an additional cleaning service fee (40 EUR) will be charged. Also, I'll provide shower-gel, fresh towels and bed linens and some free coffee capsules. - My home is suitable for 5 person. I accept only 1 infant, below the age of 2. I provide mobile babycot and also high chair. Infant is free of charge. - I accept maximum 3 children between the age of 2 and 18. I charge 7.500 HUF/child. Registration Details MA20006917
