Spacious chalet with a spectacular view

The breath taking view was the reason we bought the place and never fails to deliver, regardless of the weather or season. It boasts one spacious double bedrooms, two spacious master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and one cosy kids room with an own kids safe balcony facing sun- and moonrise and the lush, old-growth forest. Equipped kitchen, BBQ area, spacious living- and dining room on 2 floors. The space From the widespread living room and two spacious double bedrooms' windows, in good weather conditions, you will enjoy a spectacular, panoramic view of lake of Thun, the alps and the Niesen – a mountain shaped like a pyramid. The living room is furnished with 2 sofa's, contemporary dining furniture which can easily be lumped together for your own needs. It boasts a good sized, well equipped kitchen with a fridge and a corner seat. Right in front of the kitchen you’ll find a BBQ area with a large table. The 2 bathrooms have each, full size baths, separate shower cubicles, WC and wash hand basin. 2 extra lavatories on each floor. The interior of the chalet was designed to accommodate the needs of families. The conception of this refuge is remarkable, in that it is divided into two completely independently accessible residential units (each with its own door). Bottom floor includes kitchen, living room and dining area, extra lavatory, as well as your private bath and one master bedroom. The upper floor holds your second master bedroom with ensuite bath, kids room as well as two double beds, and an extra lavatory. This chalet is therefore also interesting for large groups, as it offers plenty of space as well as the greatest possible freedom for all residents. Chalet Spectacular was built in 1999, and partly renovated, as well as re-furbished in 2017, the year we started renting out. Guest access 3 parking places right behind the house. Sightseeing spots, hiking trails, and sea-side-walks are all close. The forest path directly behind the house invites you to take extended, long walks in the forest. It’s located 15min. from Thun, 30min from Interlaken, 35min. from Bern. Other things to note 6 of our beds are high-end Vispring-made pocket springs, the LUXE collection, a luxury sleeping experience unlike anything else. Our Chalet, with an exceptionally beautiful panoramic position, accommodates the needs of disabled users, however, we need to point out there are steps immediately at the front, and a wide staircase between the 2 floors. We provide all bed linen and towels. Laundry machine and dryer can be used with extra charge. The granny apartment below the house, is currently rented to a friendly man who takes care of our garden. To get to his separate entrance, he walks along the outer edge of the forecourt in front of the kitchen.
