Casa Azzurromare is located a few meters from the new entrance to Marina di Modica, a stone's throw from the sea. The house is located on the first floor of a building and therefore offers an excellent view of the entire coastline. The house is comfortable and cozy inside and equipped with everything you need. It is located in a central area of Marina di Modica. The spacious gallery that runs on two sides lends itself to lunch and dinner overlooking the sea, and just a few steps away you can reach the square and the Marina promenade. From Marina di Modica, a typical seaside resort on the southern coast of Sicily, you can easily reach Ragusa, Modica and Noto, baroque cities; Vendicari, Capo Passero, and Marzamemi, nature reserves with breathtaking views, as well as Sampieri and Pozzallo (from which catamarans leave for Malta) and Marina di Ragusa, entertainment venues with pubs and nightclubs. Casa Azzurromare is equipped with a small green space on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a large gallery that runs on two sides of the house on which doors and windows open into the cozy and spacious, bright and panoramic entrance, equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, a gas stove with an oven, and a ceiling fan. There are three bedrooms, one with a balcony, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, a storage room with a clothesline, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. In addition, the house is all tiled with blue tiles that make it cheerful and elegant. Linen will be provided for the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and everything necessary for cleaning the house. Guest access The property is at their disposal. Other things to note In front of the property there is an excellent bar/ice cream parlor.
