Please note: There is no parking bay on the property. The space PARKING Please note there is no parking bay allocated to the apartment. There is limited street parking outside the building. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, big oven, microwave and washing machine/dryer. Living room Settle down on our comfortable couch and enjoy uncapped wifi or watch a movie on Netflix. Bedroom & Bathroom: Sleep very well in a comfortable king size bed with hotel quality linen. Our bathroom is recently renovated and has a walk-in and hot shower. The building: The apartment is situated on the5th floor from a highly secured (24/7) and clean building. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. **Please note you might hear some music in the nights** LOADSHEDDING As we are on the same grid as the parliament, we are not affected by load shedding most of the time (99%). Other things to note This apartment is located close to long street and you might hear music at nights. Don’t book this apartment if you’re a light sleeper. However, we have double glass windows and can supply earplugs For booking longer than 8 nights, a weekly cleaning fee of R500 is charged to you per clean.
