The bathroom, kitchen and living room are only shared with me. I have 2 cats, no TV but board games, a fridge that you can use, a garden for beautiful days, a parking space in the yard (the gate locks), a shed to store your bike. Guest access I am a 15-minute walk from the ramparts (5 by bike), 30 from the Palais des Papes. Parking in the neighborhood is pretty easy. I'm less than 500 m from the Rocade.
