Other things to note Welcome to our Boutique Hotel! To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, please follow the following rules: 1. No Smoking - Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or on the balconies. - Any indication of smoking inside the rooms will result in a $200 USD fine to cover additional cleaning and deodorization costs. 2. Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed in any of the hotel facilities. - If a pet is found to be present, guests will be asked to remove it immediately, plus a $150 USD additional cleaning fee. 3. Reservations and Check-in - Check-in: From 3:00 PM. - Check-out: Before 12:00 PM. - Advance notice must be given of any changes in check-in or check-out times in an attempt to accommodate requests. 4. Room Capacity - Each room is designed to accommodate a maximum of two persons. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. 5. Noise and Behavior - Maintain a low noise level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect the rest of all guests. - Respectful behavior towards other guests and hotel staff is expected at all times. - No parties or events of any kind are permitted. 6. Use of Facilities - Care for and maintain in good condition the furniture, appliances and other items provided in the rooms. - Relocation of furniture between rooms is not permitted. 7. Security - Lock the door of the room when not present. - Immediately report any suspicious situation or emergency to the hotel staff. 8. Housekeeping and Maintenance - Housekeeping staff is on duty Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. - Clean towels and linens are provided and will be changed as needed. - Towels and linens should not be removed from the rooms. - The housing manager has the right to enter the room at any time to inspect or perform any tasks, such as repairs and general maintenance. 9. Damage and Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. - Repair or replacement costs for damages will be charged to the guest's account, that includes linens, towels, furniture, electronics and everything inside the room. 10. Emergencies - In case of emergency, contact the hotel staff immediately. 11. Water Care - Help us conserve water: please use water consciously and avoid leaving taps running unnecessarily. - If there is a leak in the toilet, please report it to the staff. - It is recommended to take short showers and reuse towels when possible. 12. Saving Electrical Energy - Please turn off lights, air conditioning and other electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving the room. - Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is running to improve energy efficiency. 13. Use of the Refrigerator - It is not permitted to disconnect the refrigerator at any time. - The beverages and products inside the refrigerator are there for your convenience. Please do not remove these items if you do not intend to consume them. - Please make payment for items consumed at the time of check-out. 14. Use of the WiFi Network - Downloading illegal content or engaging in activities that violate copyright laws is prohibited. - Avoid excessive use of bandwidth to ensure that all guests can enjoy adequate Internet access. 15. Basic guide to using the Fire TV Stick - Setup: Turn on the TV and using the remote control select the HDMI port. - Navigation: Use the small control to navigate through the menu. You can download apps, search for movies, series or stream from services like Netflix or Amazon Prime. - Voice commands: You can press the microphone button and give voice commands. - You can find more information on the platform through which you have booked.
