Bright, sunny position, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) detached, holiday chalet level, ground floor position with parking space directly in front. 2 minutes by car to Sainsburys, cashpoint, Lidl supermarket and petrol stations/post office. 4 miles to the most spectacular blue flag Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands Beach. 1.5 miles to Dartmouth centre and waterfront Safe, 22 acre chalet park and woodland with lovely countryside views and views looking out to River Dart. The space Dartmouth Daydream is a private, cosy, bright, sunny, self contained, detached chalet bungalow with kitchen/diner/sitting room, two double bedrooms (one at front and one at rear). The chalet sleeps 4 people. 1 double 4’6” bed in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 has twin 2.5ft beds that zip together to make a 5ft king bed. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside table and reading lamps and radiator. You will be sure of a relaxing stay. The Devon air is sublime. The chalet has an atmosphere of it’s own. Leave the stresses of City/town life behind and unwind. The chalet has been refitted in Oct 2020 with a complete new integrated shower/toilet room with contemporary walk in 1.5 size shower enclosure, new Mira Sport shower, rimless Eco water saving WC and ceramic sink/vanity unit. Nb: there is no bath in the chalet The kitchen has been refitted with gloss white Howdens handless kitchen with new electric hob/oven and extractor fan, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave Oct 2020. The sitting room/kitchen diner has a large comfortable leather corner suite sofa. The storage cube houses a TV, Denon CD player, and a large selection of CD’s. There is storage for your personal effects. There are a selection of family board games, toys and books. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds that zip together to make a 5ft king bed. With easy access, you can park directly in front of chalet with your own allocated space (no walking or unloading issues!). Perfect for socially distancing. Surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minute drive to Dartmouth. Norton Park is a quiet holiday park set over 22 acres on a level aspect with wonderful fresh air...Stroll around the woodland and manicured gardens. You can eat or drink al fresco and watch the sun go down. Norton Park is a safe, grassy environment for children to play, with picnic areas around the park. (Nb. There is no club house on site or shop or entertainment). The site looks to Start Bay on one side and Old Mill Creek on another providing stunning views to the coast and river. Norton Park is open 12 months a year. Guest access Guests can picnic or relax in all areas of the park. Self check in Other things to note please make sure you have adequate mobile WiFi. However, there is good 4G coverage in the area Electricity is included in the price. 1 small well behaved dog allowed
