Nestled in a peaceful, green environment by a serene pond, our house offers the perfect balance of tranquility and adventure. Explore the beautiful surroundings by bike and discover the charming villages of Nazareth, Deurle, and Sint-Martens-Latem, or take a short 10-minute drive to the vibrant city of Ghent. Enjoy a picnic by the scenic banks of the Leie River or follow one of the many idyllic walking trails in the area. End your day with a meal at one of the cozy local restaurants, or prepare a delicious BBQ in our garden while you unwind by the warm glow of the fire pit – the perfect setting to enjoy the crackling sound of the firewood. Though our Cosy House is surrounded by nature and water, it is located in a peaceful suburb with convenient access to local amenities and the lively city of Ghent just minutes away. The simplicity and charm of our home offer complete relaxation, while still providing the option to experience city life. Guest access Free Parking on the property Other things to note - Pets are allowed - Check in is possible from 4:00 PM, check out at the latest 11:00 AM - Our house is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bed linen and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check-in yourself upon arrival without meeting anyone. - Remember you are staying in a residence, not a hotel. - Treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we live very close by and do our very best to take action as soon as possible, but no one lives on the property 24/7.
