Suitable for those who want to spend a relaxing and quiet vacation. Thanks to its central location, it is the ideal starting point for visiting the most important places in Tuscany. The three-room apartment is equipped with all comforts. Our company produces wine and has a small company restaurant. Linen is included in the price. The space The apartment consists of: 1 double bedroom, and a triple bedroom, a living room kitchen with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette with 4 burners, a fridge, an oven, a kettle, 1 full bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the hills with an umbrella, table, chairs and deckchairs. Ideal accommodation for families with children or for couples of friends. The apartment is on the first floor and has air conditioning and wifi. In the building, shared with the other apartments, you have parking, laundry, barbecue, garden and swimming pool. Bathroom and bedroom linen will be provided and included in the price. Pool towels are not provided. You will only have one change per week. There is the possibility of having additional changes to those provided free of charge for the stay; in this case there will be an additional cost of 13 euros per person.
