The space Little Knapp Cottage is located within walking distance to Chichester Town Centre and close by to Goodwood motor race circuit, Aerodrome and Horse Racing. Popular local visits are the Goodwood Revival, Festival Of Speed, Goodwood Horse racing, Arundel Castle, West Wittering sandy beach, Singleton Open Air Museum, Chichester Festival Theatre, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Kingley Vale and The Trundle country walking and West Dean gardens. At night time it is peaceful and quiet with an easy walk into town if you prefer a busier night. If your looking for a cosy peaceful get away, Little Knapp Cottage is the place you want to be and benefits from being dog and cat friendly. Upon entering you will find yourself in the light and airy kitchen benefitting from the latest air fryer, microwave and oven/hob which leads into the living/dining area which benefits from black out stylish shutters. This has your electric fire and space to relax and watch the television, which also has Sky Q including Sky Sorts and free broadband availability ,if you have a private Netflix account, there is access to sign in to your account. You will find there is also a dining table alongside for your meal times and can equally be used as a work station area. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with a double bed and black out stylish shutters providing a peaceful sleep, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Outside there is a small courtyard and by the front gate there is a small seating area for the cottage with table if you wanted to read, drink or eat outside . There are local dog walks in Chichester and a fifteen minute walk into Chichester town centre. Please do not leave your pets unattended at the property at all times, the courtyard is very small and unsuitable for leaving pets outside, it is imperative that the noise levels are kept to a minimum at all times. Marks and Spencer’s food hall is our fantastic local shop situated two minutes walk away, with Sainsburys' and Lidl a five minute walk away. Pets At Home, John Lewis, PC world and Homesense are all within a two minute walk away. Free parking anywhere in the car park during the day and from 7pm parking adjacent to the cottage entrance and an outside security camera is positioned for parking your vehicle under at night time. Guest access The house is yours to treat as home! Free access to Sky Q including Sky sports , Netflix and broadband . Dog friendly, please do not leave dogs unattended at all times. Other things to note The front entrance is situated off the John Lewis Car park far right hand side of the store and a security camera will be covering your vehicle over night.
