Friendly house in Paignton

Centrally located, quiet street 5 mins from the town centre. I live here too and love to welcome guests to my home. I'm quite new to the area and fairly new to Airbnb hosting. You are welcome to send any questions, it's a nice room, double bed, desk, hanging space. I can provide food at a small extra charge if you need it and also collect from Paignton Station too if that helps. On street parking can be tricky outside the house but usually there's somewhere not far away! The space Double room for 2 and additional room if there's a third person requiring a space . I live here too so you'll be sharing my home and you are most welcome! Guest access Parking is tricky! Close for buses and trains though and I can direct you to parking. During your stay I’ll be here too so any questions, just ask! Other things to note I'll probably be here too when you stay but will keep out of your way!! Welcome to use the lounge/ kitchen etc. I can prepare food too if you like for a small extra charge. If you're walking the SWCP I will be happy to meet you/drop you off at a reasonable distance (please ask!) and will charge £20 per night only per person to stay incl all fees etc.
