Luxurious Hotel-Style Apartment in Piantini

This apartment is a dream. Located in the most premium area of the country, Piantini, everything is close by. This apartment is located on the fourth floor with spectacular views of the capital. It includes two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It includes an equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. This building has a 1,200 square meter social area consisting of a roof-top infinity pool, gym, zen area, and children's play area. The space The tower has 24-hour security and a front desk. There are a total of 6 elevators in the entire building as well as stairs. Two roofed parking spots are available for guests to use and fiber optic internet is provided which can be used throughout the entire apartment. Guests have access to all areas of the tower. The social area consists of a roof-top infinity pool, gym and children's play area. *Housekeeping during your stay is offered at an additional cost.* Fully equipped kitchen Washer and Dryer Air conditioning in every area Fans in both bedrooms Living room + TV Dining area Master Room: King bed, TV, bathroom, two-night stands, desk, dresser, and walk-in closet Second bedroom: Two full beds, a nightstand, mirror, ottoman, and closet Bathroom outside of the second bedroom Linnen closet Half Bathroom Patio: 2 chairs and one small dining table with two chairs, with views of the city Guest access All areas of the premises are accessible as well as everything in the apartment. The lobby requires guests to check-in in order to know who is coming in and out of the building to ensure everyone’s safety. Please note that there is full access to the central air conditioner which can be used at whatever time you please. But if we see that it is being abused, we will have to charge you extra for each additional kWh used. Abusing the usage of the central air conditioner consists of leaving it on for 24 hours and leaving it on while not being in the apartment. The daily average is 94kWh, if it is more than 100kWh you will be charged 11 Dominican pesos per kWh. We are very lenient over this matter but please try to not abuse the power. Check-in is at 3:00 PM Check-out is at 11:AM The apartment has a smart lock which is used with a temporary access code. This code is changed after every guest's stay. On the occasion where the smart lock or anything in the apartment is broken or damaged, it must be replaced. Other things to note COVID-19 Regulations: Due to the global pandemic, only guests who are identified at the time of booking are allowed to enter the apartment. No guests are allowed! You may not leave the social area while you are wet. You must dry yourself off and dress up before entering the elevator and other parts of the building. Hours of use of the social area: Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. Friday and Saturday: 08:00 am to 12:00 am. Building management gives access to the social area from the morning to 4:00 pm. After 4:00 pm until is closed security guard works there and gives access. Please keep in mind the area which this apartment is in. It’s in Piantini, the heart of the city and the town in the area.
