Please park outside the security booth. Large malls and hospitals such as IKEA, Aeon, topen, Mydin, pandan government hospital, Austin heights water & Adventure Park, Mount Austin food city, Johor Jaya business district (all within 2-5 minutes drive). * This homestay is within the security fence. Guest access 1.) Please clean up the kitchen utensils after use. Don't leave it for us to clean, we will charge a cleaning fee. 2.) Bath towels are used to dry your body, do not use them to wipe your feet or for other purposes, because it is very unhygienic, please help cooperate. Other things to note 1.) The neighbor's dog is very noisy, people who don't like dogs will really hate it. I hope you don't let the dog affect your mood. 2.) The network cable and telecom network are very poor. We have complained to the telecom company many times, but there has been no improvement. This is the thing we regret the most. 3.) There are three rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs.
