License BCA-99930 The space ✩The Space✩ 1 bedroom, 1 bath, second floor, 569 sq ft condo in the Treehouse condominiums in Silverthorne, Colorado. ✩The Living room✩ Features a beautiful leather sofa with hidden queen-sized mattress. We also have a chair and ottoman that both fold out into small beds. Plenty of additional blankets for maximum coziness. Curl up in front of the remote-controlled fireplace and relax with your favorite Netflix show after a long day! ✩The Bedroom✩ Features a queen-sized bed and modern chalet inspired decor. There is a humidifier in the bedroom for those not accustomed to the dryness of our lovely state. We also include earplugs in the nightstands as we are in a condominium and want to ensure a restful night for all of our guests. ✩The Kitchen✩ Fully loaded kitchen, with cooking supplies, coffee maker, spices, eating utensils and a Crockpot to use for convenient meals while you're out during the day adventuring. Additionally, we provide coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Please help yourself! ✩The Dining Area✩ We feature a brand-new tavern style table with four chairs and bench. This is the perfect spot to eat a meal, hang out, and maybe even play some board games. Take advantage of the newly installed, dimming chandelier to set ambiance. ✩The Bathroom✩ Beautifully remodeled bathroom with new floors, sink, vanity and shelving. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, make-up wipes, cotton swabs, and cotton balls. All you need is to show up! Guest access The entire condo is all yours and there are shared spaces such as a robust clubhouse -which features multiple hot tubs, a pool, an arcade, sauna, modest gym, and space to hang out. 2 free unassigned parking spaces are included (you will need to register your car(s) on day of check-in). Other things to note ✩Stunning views from the patio - do yourself a favor and catch sunset or sunrise or both. You won't regret it. ✩Professionally cleaned unit - we hire an exceptional, locally-operated cleaning company for every single stay. ✩Upgraded WIFI- we pay extra to make sure WIFI is reliable for our guests. ✩Keep an eye out for wildlife - you'll frequently see ADORABLE foxes. If you're lucky, you might even see an owl! ✩Please note, we are in an older condo unit. We have remodeled and updated much of it, but there may be quirks associated with an older unit. If we missed anything that is causing a disruption for you, please reach out directly so we can continue improving. ✩We do have neighbors and we are located on the second floor with people living both above and below our unit. Both neighbors are full-time residents so please keep that in mind and be respectful. If you have issue with that and are especially sensitive to noise from neighbors, I would keep that in mind when choosing where to stay. ✩Feel free to reach out during your stay for recommendations.
