The space A beautiful, spacious family home with stunning views and room to spread out. Choose between relaxing on the couch facing out to the ocean or in the second massive living area in front of the flat-screen Smart TV. The TV can be used to watch Netflix or any of the apps e.g. 7plus. With unlimited Wi-Fi and room to spread out around the house, you will know you have made the right choice for your family or group. The beautiful ocean-facing kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a Breville coffee machine, makes preparing dinner, a glass of wine in hand a pleasure as you watch the sun set. Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, the master also includes an ensuite (original 80s Tura). The couch in the second living area can be easily transformed into a double bed should you need it. Beautifully renovated main bathroom (completed December 2022) with an enormous bathtub to soak in and a gorgeous rainfall showerhead. On the deck is a Webber coal barbeque, gas wok set up, an outside couch, large dining table and a bar table with stools, all making outside dining and sundowners facing the ocean a very tempting option and one we enjoy year round. With the house so close to the beach and with views to die for you probably won’t want to leave, but when you do Merimbula is a short 5-minute drive away and Woolworths just up the hill. A stone’s throw from the National Park and surrounded by pristine beaches you will be spoilt for choice with so many stunning places to explore on your doorstep. Tura Golf Course is a short walk away for the golf enthusiast and there are an abundance of world class fishing and surfing spots to choose from. Magic Mountain fun park is just around the corner for a family day out. You can walk to the country club for dinner, order takeaway or dine out at the fabulous restaurants in nearby Merimbula. Sorry no access to the garage, but there is plenty of driveway parking available in this quiet cul-de-sac. We have listed our house below the market price because we operate as a family home and do not pretend to be a hotel.
