Charming house on the Swedish Westcoast

Our house is situated on the countryside in a big sunny garden and with just five minutes walk to the lake Hällungen. Here you will find a popular public bathingarea and if you prefer the sea there are several beaches within 4-15 km reach. In Stenungsund - a small village by the sea 10 km away - you will find both shopping and restaruants and there are lots of touristics spots to visit along the coast. For more shopping, cultural events and citylife Gothenburg is situated only 60 km away. The space This is a house perfect for familes with lot of space both inside and on the outside. Three spacious bedrooms and a smaller bathroom with toilet and shower are situated on the upper floor while diningroom, kitchen and livingroom plus a large bathroom with a bathtub is on the lower floor. In the fenced in garden there is a small house to play in and lots of outdoor games like boule, badminton, crocket etc free to use during the stay. Behind the house there is a forest area with a small playground with a lian and a fireplace. There is also an outdoor grill for our guests to use if paying an additional small dum for gas. The lake with a nice bathingarea, only 5 min walk away, is a popular spot for families from the neighbourhood area. Guest access Included in the rent of the house is a dishwasher, microwaweoven, an outdoor grill, washingmachine and drytumbler. Access to wi-fi and a range of TV-channels is avaliable. Other things to note Included in the house is, during some parts of the summer, our cat Harriet who will be very happy if you pet her and feed her during your stay. There is also some plants bother inside and outside the house that we kindly ask you to water when needed. During 2023/2024 there is a working project on the railway close by and parts of the day and sometimes evenings there is a bit noisy when the working machines leave or comes back from work along the railway.
