The guest house has a full sized kitchen with all cooking equipment, Fridge, freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher for guest to use. Great for long stay guests and workers. Big shower in bathroom with towels supplied. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is also a baby bath for bubba. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer for guests to use. Internal washing machine is in the Bathroom. There is a cloths dryer $7.00 per load available that is not located in guest house. Please let us know and we can arrange. clothes air dryers are next to washing machine and in wardrobe. Fully Fenced off yard, plenty of grass for kids to play on. Table and chairs with fold out umbrella near fire pit if guests choose to have dinner outside. Umbrella in wardrobe. Hammock and chairs in garden to swing your day away with a book. Cushions in wardrobe. This property has 2 houses on 1 block of land divided by a fully fenced yard. The guest house is located at rear of purple house. Our home is nestled amongst some of Unanderra’s oldest Cottages dating back to the 1950 making these houses over 70+ years old. A lot of these cottages have remained the same since being built and the people living in them have lived in them from childhood. We have a rich history of families staying in Unanderra and raising their families till present day. We are a suburb nestled in between Wollongong and Shellharbour. Guest access Private guest access 24/7 Guest house is located at rear of purple house. Fully fenced yard. Guests have use of private drive way for duration of stay.. Not located on any main streets or busy roads. Other things to note Please be respectful of our little cosy guest house as we are welcoming you and your guests into our home. We are a home stay. We strive to give you a home that is so much more then your basic hotel stay and what we do offer is a beautiful home in which you can stay, be super comfortable and safe in. Please No animals as we have dog that lives on property. May bark at times. They will not be in your yard.
