Instant access to the winter sports fun that Brianhead has to offer including phenomenal Utah snow for beginners and advanced skiers and snowboarders alike! Snow tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and more are available close by. In the summer, the resort offers everything from mountain biking, alpine sledding, rock climbing, and ziplining to name a few of the activities. Not to mention the close proximity to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks for breathtaking hikes and adventures. Business License #BL-20269 Other things to note Please note the unit is on the second floor of the building. There are steps on the path to the building, and one flight up stairs to the second floor, but no elevator. We have WiFi in the property but no cable. We have a Smart TV for use but you need to bring your own streaming device as the TV itself does not have a wifi connection. The hot tub is in the common area between the two buildings, so you will have to exit the our building and walk outside for about 10-15 steps to the next building where the game room and the hot tub is. There is a wood burning fireplace but we do not provide firewood. Thanks for looking!
