You will love the peace & quiet, sunsets & proximity to everything in Cornwall. Close to beaches & towns but tucked away in your own little haven. Totally enclosed private garden. Furniture, fire pit. Newly renovated, new kitchen, bathroom , quality furniture etc. Fab new Super-king beds! Dogs welcome! The space Paddock View is a small cottage but there is everything you need for a holiday here. The whole place was refurbished in late 2023 so everything is new. There is a small bathroom but still with a full bath and shower over. There are 2 new super-king beds with memory foam cooling toppers . The Annexe (reached through a connecting door) is also available with 2 more luxury bedrooms a full bathroom and kitchenette. The main kitchen is small but fully functional with a new, full size cooker, hob, microwave etc and a large fridge/freezer. The living area has a sofa and cuddle chair, a large digital TV and super fast broadband throughout. A door from this room goes out to the totally enclosed and private garden laid to lawn. Super-fast broadband is also available, free, in all areas of the cottage. Also new for 2022 there is a laundry room right next to your cottage with a coin meter. It takes £1 to do a full wash and tumble dry! Guest access There is a car port outside with space for 2 cars. At the back to the car port is a gate through to the private garden with fire it and dining table with chairs. Other things to note This cottage is closed by a very thick fire door to The Annexe. It is possible (if both properties are free) to open it up and have a 4 bed 2 bathroom luxury property.
