The main pool area has an outdoor shower and covered rancho where you can escape the sun or just lay in a hammock. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from town and only 10 minutes from the surf at Playa Maderas. Also includes AC, hot water and wifi. The space The four bedrooms at Latitude Eleven are split across two buildings. The main house has 2 bedrooms on the top floor with access from the kitchen/living area. There is also a suite with bathroom on the bottom floor with private entrance from the pool deck. Our separate "casita" is accessed down a couple of stairs from the pool area. The casita has a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchenette with fridge and toaster oven. The casita also has its own BBQ and deck for taking in the sunsets. We never rent the casita separately so you always have the entire property to yourself. Guests can walk down to the beach at Nacascolo Bay where you'll find a bar, beach chairs and access to paddle board and kayak rentals.
