Rental unit in Wilmington

Located in the charming downtown historic district. Close (walking/biking) to restaurants, bars and the Cape Fear Riverwalk. You’ll love the large front porch and strategic location. 20 mins to Wrightsville Beach and 30 to Carolina Beach. Airport/10 mins. The porch is the highlight. I eat dinner here almost every night, year round. It says one room, but I two and three possible guest bedrooms = up to 6 people. It is NOT ideal for infants and toddlers. The space This is an old, old be charming, a three bedroom apartment. If you expect a perfect beach rental, this is not it. It’s got old furniture and quirks and a couple of paint chips, but it’s charming and cozy and is on a hopscotch distance from downtown. Free street parking an amazing front porch where you must have some cocktails before you go out if not a full dinner. It only has one bathroom, but we have stayed nine people here many times when my family comes from Europe you just have to be flexible. I’m letting the whole place for the Fourth of July weekend. And I could consider renting for a full week depending on who the people are. Ask. Guest access Access all of it. During your stay I’ll be staying around the corner so you can just reach out if there’s something Other things to note This is a super cool spot. It is my home and not a rental. So like the old Airbnb days. I expect things not to get broken, but you’re also free to read my books, cook dinner where I cook dinner or take a nap on the front porch daybed. I do have some loaner bicycles. Also they need some air in the tires, but let me know if you’d like to borrow and we’ll figure it out.
