Centrally located LOFT in the heart of Whistler Village along the world famous Village Stroll! ✨ Studio/Loft - High Ceilings 😍 ✨ King Bed / Sofa Bed ✨ Hot Tub ✨ Free Parking (1) ✨ ❄️ Whole home A/C June-Sep ❄️ ✨ Walking distance to everything, 5-8 mins to village lifts (direct access to BOTH Blackcomb & Whistler) The space Frequently Asked Questions 🍱 Foodie Paradise - The village offers all of Whistler’s best restaurants within 0-5 minutes walking from our place, and a large grocery store right next door. If you want all the best eats - stay here! 🚙 - Parking clearance is 6’8”. Our assigned parking is a great size for a standard size vehicle (VW Jetta or similar), and is checked in and out at the same time as the condo. Additional on site parking is not possible. 🚴🏽‍♂️ - We welcome you to store your expensive bike in suite - you would need to wash & dry it first before bringing it, and be careful not to ding any walls/etc. Alternatively, there is a bike storage room at the parking level - it is code access, for resident only access. 🎿 - We have the gear storage in suite for you to store your skis, jackets, boots, etc. There is a free shuttle that drives past the building every 2-4 mins during ski season if you'd like to take advantage. 🧺 The building does have a laundry room just down the hall from the suite, it is $3.50 to wash & $3.50 to dry, you will pay by the PayRange mobile app - instructions are indicated by the machines. ⏰ - Early arrivals - guaranteed check-in is 4pm, feel free to let me know what time you will arrive to town, and if we finish early that day - I will send you a message letting you know, so you can check-in. 🧳 - We are not able to store your bags before check-in or after check-out - however the UPS Store across the street will store them (Mon-Sat) for $5-10/bag depending on size. Or alternatively - there are lockers at the base of the mountains you can book - ask me for a link! 🔥 - Cozy gas fireplace available Nov - Mar ☕️ - Drip coffee maker, French Press, grinder. 📺 - Theatre style 82" UHD, with smart apps, BOSE sound bar, Shaw Cable, and XBOX. 💵 - What’s included? Our beds are outfitted with all linens. Bathroom amenities include towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, lotion. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to cook and serve a meal + extras like oil, spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, kitchen towels, and tablets for the dishwasher. The fridge has a built in filtered water and ice. Other things to note 🤫 - Quiet hours for Whistler Village are 10pm-8am, and strictly no parties at any time. The building may apply fines if you are not respectful of your neighbours, which you would be responsible to pay for. 🐾 Sorry - due to allergies of the host & cleaning staff, strictly no pets/animals are allowed here. 🧑🏼 - The person booking is to be at least 21 years old, exceptions may be granted for responsible young adults with prior experiences on Airbnb. 🗑 - Checkout requests - we try to keep it as simple as possible! We ask guests only to load & start the dishwasher, and remove any garbage down to the sorting room at the parking level.
