Windmillhill, Efficiency apt.

A little heaven , tucked away at the back of 3 acres at back of our property. Cal and Carolyns little efficiency apt stays booked almost year round. Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This apt has code pad entrance The space Fully equipped Eff. apartment with kitchen, laundry area and sitting area. Queen sized bed with memory foam mattress for your comfort. Has covered parking and outside covered sitting area. It is a in laws quarters in the back of a metal building on 2.4 acres. Quiet and secluded. We are motorcycle friendly and can give you a list of great rides in and around the Pineywoods. The kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs and there is ample towels and toiletries for you. There is digital tv and wifi. We do ask you cook foods that are aromatic on the gas burner outside. We do not provide breakfast but there will be coffee and condiments . I do on occasion try to fix a small loaf of breakfast bread as a compliment. Guests staying longer than 4 days are responsible for washing their own towels and sheets. We will restock toilet paper and paper towels on request. Guest access It is a separate apt at the back of our property with covered parking . We welcome you to sit at the outdoor firepit when weather is cooler or under the covered area at patio table. We have a code panel door system so I will give you the code to let yourself in after you book on the day of arrival. You are free to walk about the property and enjoy nature and our hard work at our flowerbeds. Please park under carport . Other things to note We can also arrange any other things for special occasions if you need us too. Such as flowers, reservations at nice restaurant , or supplies for a romantic meal. Just let me know and I will try to make it happen if possible . You do understand this is not a permanent rental and as such can be ask to leave if there is a problem without notice. We reserve the right to change lock on door and remove your items if you are ask to leave and do no comply. This is for our protection and your information.
