Guest access You can freely access the rooftop pool and gym with the key card provided. Other things to note As of January 2025 - management has imposed strict parking area for visitors. Refer property pictures for details. Checkin can be a bit tricky for some guests- do read the check-in instructions carefully. Late checkout fee applicable (RM10 per hour). The property is air-conditioned. But use it mindfully as the electric bill is pre-paid and needs to be "topped up" once finished. If it's not too hot, may I suggest using the ceiling fan/ floor fans provided ;) Saving energy is not only good for the environment, but it also helps me to reduce the cost for the guests! There is free unlimited Wifi @30 Mbps and Netflix available to watch on a 55-inch flat-screen TV. IMPORTANT: due to the design of the unit, ventilation in the unit is limited- ensure shower and bathroom DOORS are OPEN for a while after showering to clear the humidity. There can be unpleasant smell from the shower due to the drainage issue in the building (something beyond the unit owner’s control). If you want to close the door, make sure the bathroom is DRY first.
