Elegant and cozy studio apartment equipped with the main comforts to accommodate three people, totally new in the renovation and furnishings in a contemporary style. The flat is located in the Torrione district, an area in the immediate vicinity of the center and the seafront, and equipped with all the essential services including bar, pharmacy and post office. The Central Station and the ferry port, with connections to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia, are just a 15-minute walk away. The space The 20 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (there are 14 steps to access it) and shares the entrance and the external corridor with the neighboring apartment *Yellow Suite*. The interior spaces are totally private and are composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, mini fridge (NO freezer), moka and snack top with stools - Living/sleeping area with double bed, single sofa bed, clothes stand, TV and split AC - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box. Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito net, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Guest access Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd. For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00 EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00. It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host. Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.
