Half house, 3 bedrooms, living room and garden

Part of a cozy home, entire upper floor for rent with three bedrooms and a toilet. Small garden where you can sit in the sun and barbecue. A large room with a 180 cm bed and balcony, a children's room with a bed and a crib, and a room with a single bed and toilet. Kitchen (shared with one person) and living room on the entrance floor as well as bathroom (shared) on the lower floor. The space A living room on the ground floor and three bedrooms, balcony and toilet on the upper floor. On the lower floor lives a guy, you will share the kitchen and bathroom/laundry room. Garden and patio. Quiet and nice area with park, playground, football field and green areas nearby. Guest access Fri parkering During your stay I'm always available on the Airbnb app, by email or WhatsApp but am not in the house. Other things to note We will be away over Easter, so we are renting out the upstairs of our house. There is a person living in the basement but he usually stays there, comes up and cooks sometimes only. He works evenings as a chef so he comes home late but has his own entrance.
